    I would like to know if there are any books specifically for electrical switchgear design and selection criteria. I am a fresh graduate and joined a company recently where i found that practically all the theory stuff will not work. there are certain thumb rules being practiced in the project designs which i would like to learn. so if there are any electrical emgineers with good experience, i would be reall ygrateful if u could provide any information on the same.

    Some pages are missed, most of them are in references in the end of some chapters. However, it was a very helpful work, thank for upload it.
